In addition to the sporting challenges, a mudflat hike is an absolute must. In a humorous and competent manner, the mudflat guide will introduce you to the survival strategies of the animals and plants and the lugworm will not be neglected either...
After so much exercise, enjoy an exclusive dinner and the award ceremony for the "team-building winners" in a beach restaurant and end the day, with a little luck, watching the sun sink into the sea.
