The events of Eckhardt Events are characterized by the inclusion of activities most appropriate for the event and its participants. In any case, there is always time for relaxation and enjoyment. This helps in meeting communication objectives, and the event will remain as a pleasant memory

Our events are generally suitable for all participants whose health permits "normal" sporting activities. Most activities allow for individual adjustments and in all other cases we inform the participants about the specific requirements. In case of doubt and with any health problems please consult with your doctor after consulting with our staff. This will put you at ease and assure you that you will have an enjoyable experience.

In principle, we conduct our events in any kind of weather. Safety of participants is assured by a specialized Eckhardt Events Teams (see photo left). In case of a health hazard risk, the course of the tour would be adjusted according to circumstances. In extreme cases (like a storm when sailing, a flood when canoeing or while canyoning) the tour will be terminated immediately. If certain hazards can be anticipated before the event, we offer an alternative program.

Eckhardt Events specializes in Northern Germany, a diverse region which has been familiar to us for many years. This ensures that you will benefit from our long experience, our tried and tested pool of cooperating partners and other providers.

Eckhardt Events specializes in some selected European destinations that not only have good accessibility (international airports), but also varied event opportunities in the areas of sports, arts & culture and nature. Of course, these locations offer great hotel deals and meeting facilities.

Incentive travel is about contact with other cultures and other natural conditions. Similarly, the principle of respect applies to our hosts and nature. We reject the insensitivity and consumptive use of nature, e.g., through use of noisy jet skis or quad bikes. Such activities we limit to specially designated training areas and we provide them only upon explicit customer request.

The Eckhardt Events Team conducts the events in German, English and French.

Eckhardt Events offers documentation of events with digital camera taken by Eckhardt Events staff. We are open to advise you regarding professional and complete documentation (video, etc.).
