"A different kind of outing" - this was the promise we gave to a consulting firm. Based on this promise, we prepared a special program for their annual summer event. What were the objectives for this event?
Management wanted to strengthen the unity and challenge the staff athletically and mentally. After intensive preliminary discussions, we decided on an Outdoor Trophy which would really put the teams to the test: Archery required target safety, while solving various Rally tasks required the knowledge of the entire team. A particular challenge for all was crossing a stream with the help of a rope.
A rustic outdoor barbecue and karaoke show in the evening were the reward and provided for a lively atmosphere.
